Il Fornaio dei Mulini Vecchi gusto e tradizione

Cari lettori, ben ritrovati, ospito oggi Il Fornaio dei Mulini Vecchi   che si trova a Barletta nella mia meravigliosa Puglia che mi ha ospitato per 9 anni.

Il #molino dotato di macine in selce permette di lavorare il grano con una molitura a pietra.

Ho ricevuto questa bellissima scatola che vedete in foto contenente alcuni tipi di #farina adatte per la realizzazione di alcuni preparati, nello specifico:

#Farina tipo 1 di grano tenero confezione da 500 gr. sempre macinato a pietra.

Miscela per focaccia peso 500 gr. ideale per la realizzazione di 2 focacce di circa 30 cm di diametro. Questa #miscela l'ho utilizzata subito e devo dire che il risultato è stato strepitoso! 

Ed ancora...

Miscela per brioches,questa sempre da 500 gr. si possono realizzare all'incirca 8 pezzi e devo dire che non vedo l'ora di provarla. 

Questa miscela, che vi consiglio, di provare subito è un preparato per pane con patate; l'ho preparato proprio oggi ed è veramente gustoso...seguitemi sui social, così vi mostro le foto.

Ed ecco anche la miscela per un buon dolce #miscelafrolla anche questa facile da realizzare, come vedete dalle immagini è pronta all'uso. Poi naturalmente la farcirete a vostro piacimento.

Insalata di patate, fagioli e tonno

Ben rtitrovati, oggi, una bella insalata ricca e nutriente. Data la ricchezza può essere ritenuta un buon #secondopiatto.

  

INGREDIENTI:

Fagioli  circa 300 gr.; 

pomodori per insalata;

patate;

tonno Colimena;

origano;

sale q.b.

olio evo;

cipolla.

FASI:

Ho cotto i fagioli dopo averli tenuti a mollo per tutta la notte, li ho messi da parte in una ciotola. Ho scaldato le patate, le ho fatte raffreddare e le ho aggiunte ai fagioli.

Ho lavato i pomodori, ho affettato le cipolle ed ho scolato il tonno.

Ho insaporito tutti gli ingredienti ed ho servito l'insalata nelle ciotole Papolab  .
